Ursula is an experienced corporate and capital raising lawyer, company secretary, advisor and investor, assisting climate solutions companies. Ursula is also Co-Founder and Chair of award-winning Zero Emissions Sydney North Inc, a Beyond Zero Emissions community, and a Venture Partner with SDGx Climate Fund. Ursula has over 20 years’ experience in corporate law, banking and corporate governance in Australia, Asia Pacific and the United States at Baker McKenzie, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and as co-founder of award-winning law-firm LegalVision. Ursula has Science and Law degrees, a Masters of Law and Management, and recent climate studies.
