Recruitment & Retention Training

A practical training to support local groups in their endeavours to recruit and retain members.

Collectively, we're on a mission to empower millions of Australian parents to champion climate action within their communities, the media, business and politicians.

Our success is determined by how many parents we can reach, recruit and retain to contribute to this mission.

Join Community Resilience Manager, Bianca Sands for this 90 minute interactive session where we will explore:

1. What works well?
2. What are the challenges we face? and
3. Helpful frameworks for recruiting and retaining group members.

This free training is open to group leaders and core group volunteers.
Zoom link details will be provided after RSVP is received.

Will you come?

Parents for Climate meet and work on the lands of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people and respect that sovereignty of those lands was never ceded. We pay respect to Elders, past and present and emerging, and acknowledge the pivotal role that Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people continue to play within the Australian community.
