Pollie Watch - Dirty Dozen Campaign

Join Canberra Climate groups at the entrances to Parliament House on Tuesday 7 February for a Pollie Watch event (regularly held by Move Beyond Coal and the Peoples Climate Assembly). We want to reinforce to the returning politicians that the community demands urgent climate action.

The theme this time will be the national 'Dirty Dozen' campaign - calling out our worst polluters and demanding they be reined in by the Federal Government with a strong Climate Safeguard Mechanism. See more on the campaign at: https://www.cana.net.au/dirtydozen.

At around 9am, we will move to the Parliament lawns to stage the theatrical part of the action - calling on the 'dirty dozen' to pull their weight on climate action rather than leave it up to the community.
