Elise is a seasoned sustainability leader with experience in corporate sustainability, ESG strategy, social impact, human rights, stakeholder engagement, fundraising and marketing communications. Having worked across social innovation start ups, major NGOs, UN agencies and global corporations, she brings a range of perspectives to the table in tackling complex social and environmental problems.

A mum of two living on Gadigal land in Sydney's inner west, Elise is passionate about climate action and finding ways to engage people wherever they're at on their journey. Supporting Parents for Climate not only enables her to use her skills for good, but also helps her set the best example she can for her children of not waiting for others to do something about the world's greatest problems.

Parents for Climate meet and work on the lands of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people and respect that sovereignty of those lands was never ceded. We pay respect to Elders, past and present and emerging, and acknowledge the pivotal role that Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people continue to play within the Australian community.
