Alan is an experienced commercial and mergers and acquisitions lawyer and advisor, and experienced Company Secretary. He uses his over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer and a successful entrepreneur to provide practical, commercially astute and effective advice on commercial law and business matters to SMEs and medium-to-large national and multinational enterprises in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand and the South Pacific countries.

Alan was a co-founder of an Australian lighting and energy company which had one of its focuses in providing sustainable energy solutions, including solar power stations, in Australia, South Africa and the Republic of Panama. 

Alan is motivated to act on climate to set an example for his daughter and the future generations to be active and contribute towards the healthy survival of our beloved planet Earth.
