Monday Wellbeing Space
This space is intended to serve our members with an opportunity to connect with each other and foster a deeper sense of clarity, compassion, calm and creativity as they continue their ongoing climate advocacy work. Our hope is to create a supportive and nourishing space for parents that will help assist them in prioritising their wellbeing and self care in what we all know is the work of a lifetime.
It is well documented that meditation and mindfulness practices can be effective in enhancing resilience and wellbeing, in fostering connection and enabling people to attend to challenges in life with greater calm and clarity.
Together let’s cultivate courage, clarity, compassion, connection and calm to enhance our capacity as parents and climate advocates.
