Art in the Park

Yaama! It's been a while since we all got together!!!

Join us for a fun afternoon colouring, drawing, painting and letter writing as part of 'For the LOVE of our Kids - National Month Of Action’.  November is a key month for communities to rise up together, after the extreme weather events that have affected so many this year, world leaders attending COP27, a state election in Victoria and importantly World Children’s Day on the 20th November.

                                                          celebrate

The plan is to have some fun connecting in person and collect as many pictures and letters as possible from across Australia to be hand delivered to Tanya Pliberseck, Environment Minister, asking her to consider her "Duty Of Care" at the end of November.

We want to demonstrate our support, strength and optimism for demanding strong action on climate within our community.

Climate change will either make or break the future for our kids depending on how we respond today and parents want to see kids' needs put first.

We need our governments to make decisions in the best interest of our kids  - increasing climate ambition so our kids can thrive in a clean economy.

Our message: For the ♥️of our kids - we want to protect their future. We want politicians to do the same. #dutyofcare

BRING: Yourself, your kids, a picnic rug, some snacks and drinks...we will supply the rest!

We look forward to seeing you there!!!
